Founded in 2012 by brother and sister duo Carolyn Coffin and Kevin Beatty, Living Primal is based on the concept that in order to be healthy and well, we must give our bodies the proper inputs.
Genetically speaking, we are still the same as our hunter-gatherer ancestors, yet we are consuming a vastly different diet. Loren Cordain, author of The Paleo Diet, estimates that a full 70% of the foods we consume today were unavailable to our Paleolithic ancestors!
We believe there is nothing more important to our overall health than what we put on our plates at every meal. We conduct workshops and offer a how-to guide book to help you transition smoothly to the eating plan and lifestyle. Check out our 1-Week Meal Plan Challenge complete with recipes. Our athletic training division, Running Wild, was founded on the idea that we are born to run. From beginners to elites, we have a program to suit your goals. We offer learn to run clinics, programs leading up to local races, and personal coaching for seasoned runners and triathletes.
